GUEST PREPARATION SPECIALIST
HOURS & COMPENSATION

40 hours per week (possibility for a little bit less or a little bit more)

$14-$18 / Hour

Monday - Sunday

Hours: 8 hour shifts ranging from start time of 8am & end time of 6pm.

Flexible hours & workdays. Schedule made at least 2 weeks in advance.

Pre-booked (and approved) vacation time is an option.

2+ on call evening shifts/week with extra pay.

Monthly bonuses for quality performance.

Start Dates Ranging: Between April 23 & May 28

End Dates Ranging: Between September 3 & November 1
SKILLS REQUIRED

Able to communicate in english through speaking and writing
-
Experience at a high level of sport an asset

Experience in customer service an asset

Experience in cleaning an asset

Must have transportation to and from the office in the Stratford Business Park.

Must have proof of a clean criminal record check.
Drivers license an asset.

Physically fit - We move quickly, and like to approach the physically demanding portion of the job like a work out at the gym :). Must be able to bend, reach, lift 50 lbs

JOB DESCRIPTION
Follow our accommodation preparation procedures:

Restocking anything in the home that requires it.

Cleaning the entire home (dusting, vacuum, kitchen, bathroom).

Re staging property with furnishings and decor set out properly.
-
Set out extras for guests that are required (fresh flower, welcome baskets, kids items etc…)
-
Water plants indoors and outdoors as needed.
-
Look for any missing items/damage after guests check out.
-
Laundry at the office: wash, dry & fold.
-
Keep stock area at office clean and tidy.
-
Monitor stock levels.
-
Keep truck clean and gas tank full.
-
Driving work vehicle to and from Host properties as required.
