• Perform a deep clean of property at the end of the contract.

• Provide detailed earnings statements to property owner at the end of contract including all bookings and income.

• Submit monthly occupancy reports to Tourism PEI.

• Long term rentals arranged for the off season if desired.

​

• Creation of online and hard copy "Home Guide" for each property.  Including house rules, detailed recycling information and any other house specifications.

​​

• Host staff are professional, verified and have a clear criminal record check.
